How do I redeem my perks?

Once you've created your account, you'll have access to a dashboard that lists all the perks. Looking for a specific cuisine or type of business? Filter the list by what you're in the mood for! Once you've found the perk you would like to redeem, head to the establishment, show your server the pass, and let the server redeem the perk for you!

What happens if I tap 'redeem' by accident?

This might just be the most important thing to know! Do NOT tap redeem until you're at the restaurant and have shown their server or team member that your perk is active. At this time, we cannot undo this action.

Can my friends use my perks and discounts too?

All perks are redeemable for your order/ticket only! Have a friend who is interested in getting in on the perks? Sign up for our referral program and send them your referral code! You and your friend will get $5 off your memberships for one month!

Can I stack offers?

No, stacking offers is not allowed!

How does tipping work?

Please be sure to tip your server! We recommend tipping based off of your original ticket amount, not the amount after your perk/discount!

Can I use my Hotpass for takeout or delivery?

At this time, all perks are redeemable in-store only.

What if I don't live in Houston and am only visiting?

Perfect! This is a great way for you to explore Houston and save some $$$. Purchase the membership and cancel after your trip. Easy peasy!

How do I cancel my membership?

On your dashboard, click "Billing" then "Cancel Plan".

Is it possible to receive a refund?

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds.
