The World’s Largest Christmas Park: Santa’s Wonderland

The holiday season is officially upon us, and you know what that means—Santa’s Wonderland is back and ready to bring the holiday magic to life! If you’ve never experienced this Texas-sized Christmas extravaganza, now’s the time to make it happen. Located just an hour and a half outside of Houston, this sparkling wonderland boasts over 4.5 million lights, making it the largest Christmas park in the world! 

We try to make it every year, and from November 15th to December 30th, they’re opening back up for some festive fun! Santa’s hayride tour is a highlight of the park, and the best part is that it’s included with your ticket purchase! You’ll be whisked away on a magical ride through over 4 million twinkling lights—it's like stepping into a winter wonderland, minus the chill! 

And speaking of winter fun, there are plenty of kid-friendly activities including snow tubing at Frostbite’s Mountain and snow play at Frostbite’s Snow Playground. If you’re into walking around, the Walking Trail of Lights is a feat. With vibrant tunnels, one-of-a-kind displays, and plenty of holiday photo ops, you’ll have memories (and pictures!) to last a lifetime. Don’t forget about the Ice Skating Arena, where you can show off your moves—or just glide around and take in the festive atmosphere.

And let’s not forget the big man himself! Meet Mr. and Mrs. Claus, snap some holiday photos, and enjoy all the other fun activities, including bull rides, train rides, jumping pillows, and more. With so much to do, you’ll zip through the hours like it’s nothing. There are also tons of food and drink options to keep you fueled as you take in all the magic.
