Cielito Cafe: Adorable New Mexican Cafe in Montrose

Cielito Cafe is officially open, and is serving up Mexican-styled breakfast and lunch in the most charming little house-turned-cafe spot in Montrose. We truely love the pops of turquoise and the cozy atmosphere, it really feels like you're having a nice warm meal at home!

In celebration of their soft opening, they are offering 50% off the entire menu all weekend, until Sunday, April 28! So if you have been itching to get some brunch, you know where to head to. We personally enjoyed everything we tried, especially the Cielito Sandwich - a twist on  the classic bacon and egg sandwich that uses a sweet Mexican bun (plus its so darn photogenic!), and the Divorciado - eggs ranchero on corn tostadas with chorizo, queso, and two kinds of salsa.
