Date Night Idea at Charming American-Spanish Restaurant: Barcelona

Barcelona Restaurant and Lounge has been a long time favorite for us. It’s a bit under the radar, located in Northwest Houston at Vintage Park, but it’s always well worth the drive! They also change up the menu seasonally, so it’s always exciting to return to check out their latest menu updates!

Barcelona is a New American restaurant with heavy Spanish influence – think elevated tapas and paella! The restaurant itself is also super spacious with a 2nd floor patio, dance floor, and a private room & bar, making it great for group dining, special events, or a fancy date night!

As always, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks we tried. For food, we had the Hindi-Serrano Scallop, Tuna Tartar, Beet Gazpacho, Beets Salad, Del Mar Paella, Branzino al Horno, and Lamb Chops. To drink, we had the Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita, Dragon Fruit Caipirina, and Vodka Fizz Mango Boba!

🕺 Fridays: Free Salsa and Bachata dance lessons and social starting 10pm by Renan Gongora

🎧 Fridays & Saturdays: DJ Mike Bondz 10pm-2am

🍳 Saturdays & Sundays: Brunch 10am-3pm
