Fiori: Bridgerton-esque Italian Restaurant + Floral Boutique

We just found the Bridgerton-esque Italian restaurant of your dreams!! Fiori, located in Montrose, is both an Italian restaurant AND a floral boutique! This means you can enjoy some delicious food in a gorgeous flower bedecked setting. Their menu focuses on authentic traditional Italian recipes, while their floral boutique offers premade as well as custom ordered bouquets!

When you first walk into the indoor dining room, you are greeted with the lovely sight of flowers hanging from the ceiling, on the walls, and placed on the tables. The patio has florals as well as overhead string lights that set a romantic mood for when the sun goes down.

Even though the romantic ambiance is a huge part of the experience of dining at Fiori, the real star of the show is the food! 

Like any proper Italian meal, we started out with some yummy appetizers! We got the Bruschetta Pomodoro, Cozze Alla Marinara (Mussels), and Burrata Fritta. The Bruschetta was deliciously topped with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, and basil dressing, the Burrata Fritta was incredible with their freshly toasted bread, and the mussels were perfectly cooked! (We might've even said that they were the best mussels we've ever had.)

One of the highlights of the entire Fiori menu is their Lasagna Alla Bolognese! It features their house made tomato sauce that had us convinced there was a real Nonna back in the kitchen making it! 

Other pasta dishes that we tasted were the Carbonara and Linguine Al Prosciutto di Parma, and we devoured them as well. The pastas were perfectly al dente and delectable!

If you aren’t feeling pasta, they have other menu items such as the Polpo Alla Griglia Con Insalata (squid with salad) and Classic Branzino. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

What Italian dinner would be complete without some wine pairings? They have an expansive wine list as well as cocktails that include the classic Aperol Spritz. We particularly recommend enjoying this one on their outdoor patio to get the full Italian summer vibe going. 

Whatever you decide for your meal and drinks, you absolutely need to complete your experience with their Affogato al Caffè or Tiramisu! Each layer of the Tiramisu was divine and was the perfect sweet treat to end the evening.

As a bonus, on Wednesday they have a DJ from 7-10pm, as well brunch on the weekends!
